Google Books and library catalogues identify Guillaume Stanislas Marey-Monge as author and Henry Hamilton Maxwell as translator of the London 1860 Memoir on Swords, Etc. Thimm also reports an 1856 London witness, retained as unconfirmed edition evidence.
