ARMORUM ARCHIVE
Italian mathematician, engineer, architect, and fencing theorist active in the second half of the sixteenth century. His `Trattato di scientia d'arme` (1553) is a landmark in rapier fencing history because it reorganized fencing around geometric reasoning, simplified guards, and strongly influenced later Italian and French traditions.
