The complete Oxford title-page witness establishes Parker, Furnivall & Parker, London, 1853. Thimm gives 1829 but also states that the first authorised Adjutant-General's Office edition appeared in July 1857; these conflicting notices are retained as source history rather than overriding the extant 1853 edition.
