Spanish smallsword treatise by Don Manuel Antonio de Brea, based on a mixed French, Italian, and Spanish doctrine, prepared for the instruction of noble seminarians in Madrid.
The original Madrid printing is now anchored to 1805 from the surviving digital facsimile. Earlier local metadata had split the same title-family into separate 1805 and 1806 records; the more credible 1805 witness is kept as the canonical publication date, while the 1806 report remains noted as a secondary bibliographic witness.
Vigeant 1882 confirms the mixed French, Italian, and Spanish doctrine, the seminary audience, and the full D. Manuel Antonio de Brea titulature.
