ARMORUM ARCHIVE
Early seventeenth-century German Freifechter associated with a cluster of rapier and fencing manuscripts and with a printed treatise of 1620. He belongs to the German reception of Italian rapier fencing and appears to stand at an important point between manuscript teaching tradition and printed technical literature.
